Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Bella Boutique Injections, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized, unhurried experience. To respect reserved appointment times and maintain availability for all clients, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Shows
A $50 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments without notice. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before scheduling a future appointment.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to safely and appropriately complete the scheduled treatment. A cancellation fee may apply.
Consultations & Good Faith Exams
Certain services require a consultation and/or Good Faith Exam (GFE) before treatment. Consultation and GFE fees are non-refundable once completed. Required clearance must be completed before treatment can be provided.
Deposits
Appointment deposits are applied toward the scheduled service. Deposits may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and appreciate as much notice as possible when appointment changes are necessary.
